Learn meditation using many different styles, ideas and practices. Bring a comfortable cushion and all your questions. This class will explore breathing and visualization techniques, restful versus moving meditation, and how to work with outward and inward stimuli. The goal is to find YOUR best mechanism to face the challenges of life, relationship and health.
